Thanks Lyn/Julia - I think for me it is a matter of giving myself time to get meds right and then figure the rest out (my patience was never my greatest virtue tho heehee). I still go to the kickboxing club, but only to take money and give advice to students during classes - but at least Im still there and part of the club atmosphere with my mates...

Very true departing thought - yeah there are plenty of worse things..... so kick myself up backside and move on to happier thoughts :-)

I have had a very aggressive onset of the disease following a chest infection in January - I think this is why Im finding it so hard, because there was no build up, but the MTX (now at 25mg) is starting to control the inflammation and they have suggesting adding something else when I go back as I should be off the Prednisolone by then too. So hopefully there is little damage as such a quick diagnosis was given. Fingers crossed... I have got back on my push bike and back to swimming so am going in the right direction - thanks for the input and reassurrance.
